Access control

Access codes: Allows you to configure access codes and provide them to guests, maintenance workers, cleaning staff, etc. They also allow remote door opening. At the same time, guests appreciate these systems because they provide greater flexibility for the group (everyone can have the access code) and eliminate the need to manage physical keys.
Most systems keep the physical key as a backup in case of a technical issue and the code system does not work.

Dynamic pricing: A program that provides information on nightly prices in the area and allows updating the house price based on that data. A very useful tool to increase revenue, as higher prices can be achieved when the market is rising, and occupancy can be increased when the market is down.

We cannot give a fixed price because it is not the same for every house. It depends on the size of the house, how many windows it has, how many bathrooms, which AC/heating systems are used, … but the cost is much lower than you might think, and energy savings alone usually allow the investment to pay for itself within a few months.
