The team is made up of professionals from different fields, ranging the personal account managers to promotion and marketing, revenue management, multilingual customer service staff, administration, cleaning personnel with great attention to detail, and technical maintenance staff for the properties… all sharing a common goal:

Our story
RuralEasy is the extension of ApartEasy into the rural areas.
ApartEasy was founded over 20 years ago to meet the needs of owners and travelers in the vacation rental market. Our mission has remained unchanged since day one; however, the way we carry it out evolves.
We started in Barcelona by renting out by days one of our own apartments, before the current platforms existed. We then moved on to managing owners’ apartments, investing in more properties because we firmly believed in the model. We gradually added more apartments and buildings to our management portfolio, primarily through recommendations from owners. We expanded our marketing model to new urban destinations and launched our mid-term rental service. We have continuously incorporated new technologies that improve our management and enhance the traveler experience. We are actively involved in industry associations and contribute to the professionalization and advocacy of the vacation rental model.
We are a management company and, at the same time, we are owners; we know what we’re talking about. We evolve and learn from every experience.
RuralEasy is now born with this spirit and this accumulated experience.
We see room for improvement in the management and results of rural house rentals. We contribute our knowledge, experience, and desire to do it better every day.
