- To carry out the administration requested by the client / prospective property owner. The client / prospective owner must provide truthful, complete and accurate information.

Data Collection
ApartEasy collects the following personal data: your name, address, email address and telephone number.
We may also collect data about your computer device, such as browser type, operating system, unique device identifier, application version and number of clicks, in order to analyse trends and demographics and to improve our website. Although this is generally anonymous data, it may be considered personal data in certain circumstances, such as when combined. - We will disclose your name, contact details, passport, ID or driving licence number, and credit/debit card details to the apartment owner or the relevant banking authority in order to complete your booking. We will only provide the apartment owner with the data necessary to process your reservation. We recommend that you contact the apartment owner regarding the use of your personal data.
- The feedback we receive from our clients is very important to us. Therefore, we may promptly send you an email after your stay, inviting you to complete our guest survey / online review form. By completing our guest review / online survey, you agree that we may publish the information you provide on our website for the sole purpose of informing future customers of your opinion regarding the quality of the apartment and the service you received from ApartEasy. We reserve the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, create derivative works from, publicly display, reject or remove reviews at our discretion. The information you provide may also be shared with our affiliated, co-branded and/or linked partners.
- We may disclose your personal data to an investigative or governmental authority if required by law (or any regulation having the force of law) or for the purpose of detecting, preventing or prosecuting criminal acts.
